How a session works
- On the computer receiving support, run W2DRemote.exe.
- Choose a video profile, then click Generate code and wait.
- Send the eight-digit temporary code to the technician.
- The technician opens nfelivre.com.br/remote/, enters the code and clicks Connect.
- The assisted user confirms the request. Only then do screen viewing and control begin.
- Click Stop and close code at any time to end the session.

Maximum quality produces a much sharper image, but it uses more data. The screen may still look softer than the original because W2D Remote compresses each frame.
Mouse and keyboard
Click the remote image before typing. F11 enters full screen and Esc returns. If Ctrl, Alt, Shift or the Windows key appears to remain pressed, press and release that same key once in the browser window.
Clipboard and files
With text synchronization enabled, copied text can travel in both directions. Browser security may require using the Copy received text button. To send a file to the assisted computer, use Send file; it is saved in Downloads\W2DRemote. Files sent from the desktop application are downloaded by the technician's browser.
Security and privacy
- The code is temporary and changes every session.
- The assisted user must approve the request.
- The relay transfers encrypted packets and does not need the user's Windows password.
- There is no unattended-access mode in this version.
- End the session immediately if the requester is not the expected technician.
Troubleshooting
The code does not connect
Confirm all eight digits, keep the desktop application open and generate a new code if the earlier session ended.
The image is delayed or blurry
Use Fast response for less delay, Maximum quality for sharper text, or Maximum stability on weak connections.
Keyboard input stopped behaving normally
Click the image and press and release Ctrl, Alt, Shift and the Windows key once. This clears a modifier that may have been released outside the browser.
A file did not appear
Check the browser's download list when receiving on the technician side, or Downloads\W2DRemote on the assisted Windows computer.
Requirements and limitations
The assisted computer must run Windows and W2DRemote.exe. The technician needs a current browser with JavaScript and HTTPS enabled. This tool is intended for attended support; it does not start as a Windows service, bypass system permissions or provide unattended login.
